| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Virginia must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Virginia street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Virginia or an entity authorized to do business in Virginia, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
