| | Have used Incorp for several years. I pay them $100/year to forward one piece of mail - the VA annual report. This year, they put a cheap mailing label on the form with ink that rubbed off in the mail - causing the post office to return the mail to the State Corporation Commission. The SCC opened the mail, found my address out of state, and forwarded the mail to me - after the deadline causing me to incur a $10 late fee. I notified Incorp, sent them a scan of the envelope with the rubbed off mailing label and they refused to send me $10 to cover the late fee. I came across this review site while shopping for a new registered agent service.
